Bookkeeping Oversight
Do you have a bookkeeper on staff but wish there was someone with deep financial knowledge to train them and ensure the accuracy of their entries? Vibbert Consulting can provide oversight to your existing bookkeeping staff. We conduct monthly transaction reviews and reconcile all bank and credit card statements to ensure nothing has been missed and all transactions are accounted for properly. We can also create and maintain cash flow forecasts so you have visibility into the futrue. Finally, Vibbert Consulting can liaise with your accountants as necessary so you don't have to.
Bookkeeping oversight can be provided on an hourly basis for $80 per hour or in packages of 10 hours for $700. Time needed can vary from 2 to 10 hours per month depending on your staffing levels and quality and the number of trasnsactions entered.
System Set Up or Clean Up
Do you run your business with paper records and/or spreadsheeets? Do you often wish it was easier to analyze business trends and get a snapshot of your financials? Vibbert Consulting can implement a financial management system for you in QuickBooks that will allow you to streamline your business and have access to the data you need when you need it.

Vibbert Consulting can clean up your existing data and entry processes to ensure your financial statements are ready for analysis and review.
In both system set up and clean up, Vibbert Consulting will work with you to ensure your chart of accounts allows you to meaningfully keep track of and manage your business. We will work with you or your bookkeeping staff to train them on how best to enter transactions so that your books and records remain accurate and useful.

The cost of cleaning up an existing financial management systems also varies by business size and hours needed and is billed at $80 per hour.

In my professional career, I spent nearly 20 years in investment banking and private equity followed by 10 years as co-owner and manager of a small manufacturing, importing and distribution business. As a volunteer, I have served as Treasurer on various non-profit boards. I love leveraging my background in both finance and management to help small business owners manage and grow their businesses.
